Cub Scout Day Camp is back! Day Camp 2021 will be chock-full of all the adventures Cubs love the most- BB guns & Archery, STEM & Scout Crafts, Field Sports, Nature hikes and much more! Even in the midst of all of these great activities, the Scouts will be working toward their Cub Scout & WEBELOS badge requirements! All scouts will receive a t-shirt, water bottle, and Day Camp patch to commemorate the event and add to their collections!
New for 2021, the Greater Alabama Council is hosting four large Day Camps to better serve and promote Cub Scout camping activities across the Council. These camps will be packed with activities, adventures, and opportunities unique to each camp location! Also, for the first time, these camps will be offering early drop-off and late pick-up accommodations to help with busy schedules. In addition to the new camps, there will be two, week-long district Day Camps in the Westmoreland and Arrowhead districts, each with their own program opportunities and adventures. Registration will go live in February, so be sure to check out the February Digital Eagle and Cub Chatter for more information!
